What happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on this website.

What we process

• the details you enter: name or company, email or phone, dates, location, project description, an optional link to your materials and the selected service,
• the context of the enquiry: the page and project from which you opened the form, and the form language,
• technical data: your IP address (only as a hash, to limit repeated submissions) and the form’s session cookie.

Purpose and legal basis

• handling your enquiry, preparing a quote and communicating about the project – steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
• protecting the form against spam and misuse (limiting repeated submissions, protection against forged and duplicate submissions) – legitimate interest in securing the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not ask for marketing consent and do not use enquiry data for marketing. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

Who receives the data

• The enquiry is stored in secure storage on our web hosting (GoDaddy), outside the public part of the website, and sent by email to the GS Productions mailbox (Roman Porkert). Our email is provided by Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy, including message filtering.
• A backup copy of the enquiry is sent to the mailbox of the person who technically manages the website for us (Gmail, Google).
• If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, you send the message yourself from your device and WhatsApp (Meta) also processes it under its own terms.

We do not sell the data or pass it on to anyone else unless required by law.

How long we keep it

• We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any follow-up communication and cooperation.
• The IP address hash is deleted automatically after 24 hours and the duplicate-submission record after 2 hours (deletion runs the next time the form is used).
• The form’s session cookie expires when you close the browser.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Just write to the contact above.

You can lodge a complaint with the Czech data protection authority (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.gov.cz.

Cookies and measurement

The form only uses the technical session cookie gsp_enquiry, which protects against forged submissions. The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We count aggregated daily page loads, contact clicks and received enquiries without analytics cookies, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. For page loads, we store only a broad source category such as Google, another referring website or direct/unknown; we do not store the referrer URL or search terms. These totals are not unique visitor counts. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences disable browser event counting.

Filling in the form is voluntary, but without a contact we cannot reply. You can also reach us directly by email or phone.
